I/designated Rights Holder(s) retain 100% ownership of all intellectual property rights in both the master recording and the underlying musical composition. I am not "giving up" my copyright; I am simply granting the Licensee permission to use it as outlined herein.

I warrant that I am the sole owner of all Intellectual Property rights in both the master recording and the underlying musical composition, or I have obtained express written authorisation from all relevant third-party rights holders to enter into this agreement.

As a member of APRA AMCOS, I warrant that I have retained the right to issue direct non-exclusive licences for my works.

I hereby grant the Licensee a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, direct licence to communicate to the public, broadcast, and transmit the musical work and associated master recording (the "Track") for on-demand purposes.

I warrant that I hold the necessary rights to grant this direct licence, and doing so does not conflict with any third-party agreements (eg. record labels or distributors).

I grant the Licensee the right to use my artist name, biography, and press photos to promote my music and the Licensee's services, including the right to announce, schedule, and promote the broadcast of the Track in advance of its transmission.
